Please arrive in Denver no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 13 in order to arrive at the NCBA office in time for lunch at noon. Based on your distance to your home airport, feel free to arrive on Sunday, March 12, NCBA will pay for an additional night of lodging if it's necessary for travel.

You are responsible for making your own transportation arrangements from your home or Denver International Airport to either the office or the hotel. You have a few options for transportation:

We encourage you to utilize the car service that NCBA uses, Pristine Car Service, 720-326-8088 (Robel Bekele is the owner). You can schedule both your airport pick up and return via their website and use the project code 73720 so NCBA will be charged directly and you won't need to pay for your transportation and be reimbursed following the meeting.

You may take a cab (minimum of two attendees per cab please). The approximate cost is $70-90 one way.

You may rent a compact/economy car (minimum of two Directors or state staff per rental car please); however, NCBA will not reimburse for any additional insurance coverage associated with the rental car agreement.

Please schedule flights to depart Denver no earlier than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14. We will schedule and provide return transportation from the office to DIA for you for those that have not made prior arrangements.
